Refund Policy

 

1. Return Period Validity

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for all items in new and original conditions. If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. What Is the Return Shipping Fee Policy?

We will cover the round-trip shipping fee if you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered. However, you should cover this if just do not like it.

 

3. Return Payment

1) Refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

2) It usually takes 1-3 business days for refunds back to Paypal payment, and 7-14 business days for refunds back to credit cards.

 

4. How to Return an Item?

Step 1. Request a return by emailing us at service@a-premium.com.

Step 2. Once we approve the request, you will get return address from us.

Step 3. Then you can pack up these items with label of order number outside, and drop the package off at your local shipping provider.

Step 4. We will be grateful if you can get back the tracking number of the return package to us. So we can process the return and credit the refund back to the original form of payment ASAP.
