• The A-Premium Car Refrigerator APP necessitates network communication for controlling the Car Refrigerator through Bluetooth. This involves obtaining Bluetooth status, reading device information including IMEI, and MAC.
• A-Premium Car Refrigerator APP uses GPS, cell phone signal or WLAN location to assist the Bluetooth component to search for nearby smart refrigerators.
  Note: The app requires location permission for searching nearby devices and does not collect or store location data.
• When users use A-Premium Car Refrigerator APP, the app will communicate with the device via Bluetooth regularly to get real-time information and update the settings of the device, etc. No communication takes place if the user exits the app or disconnects the device.
• A-Premium Car Refrigerator APP can be used without registration and login. Bluetooth connectivity is necessary for controlling the device effectively.

II. How We Share, Transfer, And Publicly Disclose Users' Personal Information

We will not collect your personal information, nor will we share, transfer or disclose your personal information.

IV. How We Use Information

As per regulation 1, Bluetooth and location information must be enabled for auxiliary Bluetooth functions. Your fuzzy location aids in searching for nearby Bluetooth devices and ensures communication between the APP and devices.

V. How We Ensure the Security of Collected User Information

The app can be used without internet connection, and the location information is only for immediate use as a function aid. It will not be collected or stored, so Users need not be concerned about the transmission of information.

VI. Changes to the Privacy Agreement

A-Premium may periodically modify or add specific descriptions, policies, and terms, which are deemed part of this Privacy Policy. If changes are deemed reasonably important, A-Premium will notify you through the A-Premium Car Refrigerator APP or other communication channels before they take effect.

By continuing to use the A-Premium Car Refrigerator APP after any changes have been made to this Privacy Policy, you agree to the revised Privacy Policy with or without notice to us.
