What’s Covered
You may return items purchased from A-Premium within 90 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping.
- The item is not compatible with your vehicle.
- The part failed during its intended use.
- You no longer need it, ordered it by mistake, or simply changed your mind.
For parts with verified defects or failures, you may be eligible for a refund without having to return the item. For all other returns, items must be unused, in their original condition with all components, and in the original packaging — meaning both the product and packaging must be resalable. For eligible returns, A-Premium will provide a prepaid return shipping label to cover the return cost.
Return Timeframe
The return window is 90 days from the date of purchase. Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full refund.
How to Submit a Return
The return process is simple and consists of three key steps:
- Submit a Request: Go to your "Order History" and click "Return Order." Then, select the item(s), quantity, and reason for your return. To help expedite the process, you may also upload supporting materials such as videos, images, or mechanic test reports, and include any additional comments.
- Ship the Item(s): Once your return request is approved, use the prepaid return shipping label we provide via email. Package the item securely and drop it off at UPS or FedEx.
- Receive Resolution: After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your replacement shipment or refund within 1-3 business days.
Exceptions & Conditions
Please note the following important conditions:
- Refunds will reflect the product's purchase price and will be processed within 1-10 business days to the original method of payment, with the exact timing dependent on your financial institution.
- If a refund to your original payment method cannot be completed, we will notify you by email and work with you to arrange an alternative resolution, such as providing the refund via PayPal.
- For orders containing add-on items, all items must be returned together. Add-ons may only be kept if the full website list price is paid.
- A-Premium provides a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. We do not reimburse customer-paid return shipping costs, labor costs, service charges, or any other related expenses.
- Returns are accepted for all product categories, provided they are unused, in original condition, and meet all other return conditions. Certain specified items, such as batteries, fluids, and clearance merchandise, are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Please do not ship your return until you have received an approved return request and the official prepaid return label with our shipping address.
