Estimated Arrival Date
Estimated Arrival Date is the expected delivery date based on time in transit data from our fulfillment center to your shipping zip code. They are calculated according to the location, package size, and shipping carriers’ transit times. Please note that the dates shown are estimates only. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Tracking Information
You can get tracking information within 24 to 48 hours after your package has been shipped. If you cannot access your tracking information, please check again after 48 hours.
Shipping Internationally
We currently do not offer delivery outside of the United States.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, all shipping package(s) and items should be thoroughly inspected for signs of damage, loss, or incorrect parts. Our warehouse makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, but it occasionally occurs unexpectedly. If you receive a damaged part, please call us immediately to prevent you from being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or incorrect parts after 90 business days, regardless of which party is at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All claims for such incidents must be reported and handled through the shipping company. For more information, see Risk of Loss (below).
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping points. This means that the risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the transportation of the goods. You must contact us immediately if you do not receive the entire shipment within two (2) full days of the carrier's estimated delivery date. All claims must be filed within thirty (30) days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.
