In order to receive a better shopping experience, please check the product as soon as you receive it in case there are problems or damages, which you can ask for a refund and return it within 90 days after the order is shipped. When your order is out of returnable conditions, you can read the following warranty terms to see whether your order is within warranty.

 

3 Year Warranty (Applies to all Products)

A-Premium offers a 3-year warranty on all products we sell. All warranties begin on the date of purchase and apply only to the original purchaser.

Please note that the product is not covered by the free warranty service if it falls under the following circumstances:

 

  1. Products have exceeded the warranty expiration date.
  2. Man-made damages caused by careless operation and use. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.
  3. In case of irresistible external forces, such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, typhoon, etc.
