Roof rack--Chevy Equinox

The product arrived on time. However, when assembling, it seemed that all of the parts were wrong--nothing fit. After installing the end pieces to the rails, one was too long and the other was close, but not quite. I double-checked that the LF and RF end pieces were on the correct ends of the front rail, and the LR and RR end pieces were correct on the rear rail. I took everything apart again, and measured each component and angle, projecting onto a cardboard template. It turns out the rail labeled "rear" was actually the front rail and the rail labeled "front" was actually the rear rail. After installing the front rail ends (LF and RF) on the rail labeled "rear", this fit the front rail position. After installing the rear end pieces (LR and RR) to the rail labelled "front", this fit in the rear rail position. So, a 30 minute job became about 3 hours.
