I am not familiar with not being able to copy my transaction with you nor do you send a receipt within a few minutes. I do see you have a number for the transaction, but I have never purchased something and not be able to copy or be given an email or something within a few minutes. With all the problems some people have online I am nerves to do business with a company that cannot at least allow me to copy it. My experience so far has been good except the receipt matter for me.
