My car had a pp0304 code. Did not want to spend a few hundred with a mechanic so I decided to do it myself. Under 70 dollars and after a week is looking good. I'll try to update about this purchase in a year. If it last for at least a year I would say is money well spent.

Plugs and coils for a 3.5 v6

plugs were not pre gapped like stated and support couldn’t answer simple questions and what answers gave had nothing to do with the question I asked then just insisted to send the plugs back once I received them. As if they know nothing about the actual products being sold. 

We sincerely apologize for this frustrating experience. The spark plugs are pre-gapped in 0.7"-0.8", which is different from your stock ones. But being met with unhelpful and irrelevant support responses is unacceptable. We pride ourselves on product knowledge, and it is clear we failed to demonstrate that here.
