A-Premium ("A-Premium," "we", "us", "our") welcomes you to participate in the Share Your Dad's Story Campaign ("the Campaign"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") carefully before submitting your online application. By submitting your application, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these T&Cs.

You have the choice to participate in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions and by submitting your personal account details (including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the content and provisions of these T&Cs. You confirm that you are either over 18 years old in the US, thereby having full civil capacity to sign a binding agreement, or that you are a legal entity or other organization legally conducting business under the laws of your country/region. You also agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

If you do not agree to any of the terms in these T&Cs, please do not submit your application to the Share Your Dad's Story Campaign.

A-Premium ("A-Premium," "we," "us," or "our") welcomes you to participate in the Share Your Dad's Story Campaign (the "Campaign"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") carefully before submitting your online application. By submitting your application, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

Participation in the Campaign is optional. By participating in the Campaign and submitting your personal account details, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these T&Cs.

You confirm that you are either over 18 years old and located in the United States, with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or that you are a legal entity or other organization legally conducting business under the laws of your country or region.

If you do not agree to any of the terms in these T&Cs, please do not submit your application to the Share Your Dad's Story Campaign.

1. Introduction to the Share Your Dad's Story Campaign

1.1 Timing

The Campaign begins on June 10, 2026, at 12:00 AM PDT and ends on June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT.

1.2 How It Works

Anyone who has placed an order on our website may share their story.

1. Purchase – Buy a product from a-premium.com within 1 year before June 21, 2026. Eligible order dates are between June 22, 2025, and June 21, 2026.
2. Capture – Capture your story with your dad or show how A-Premium parts enhance your drive.
3. Submit – Upload your photo or video and share your story on our website.
4. Reward – If selected, receive up to $500 cashback. All eligible participants will receive a 20% off coupon.

1.3 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Campaign, you must:

• Have placed a valid order on a-premium.com between June 22, 2025, and June 21, 2026, inclusive.
• Have an order that remains valid. Orders that are returned or refunded for non-quality reasons do not qualify.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reside in the United States and have legal identification.
• Have a shipping address within the continental United States.
• Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Marshall Islands are not eligible to participate.

1.4 Awards

Important Notes on Cashback:

• Cashback is awarded to selected participants only.
• The cashback amount is equal to the total value of the participant's most recent qualifying order placed on a-premium.com between June 22, 2025 and June 21, 2026.
• The maximum cashback amount is **$500 USD** per participant. If the most recent order value exceeds $500, the cashback will be capped at $500.
• Only one cashback award per selected participant.

1.5 Winner Selection and Notification

1.5.1 Participation Reward (20% off Coupon)

Every eligible participant who meets the requirements of Sections 1.2 and 1.3 will receive a 20% off coupon. Coupons will be sent to participants' email within 7 days after the Campaign concludes.

1.5.2 Featured Content Selection (Cashback Reward)

All eligible submissions will be reviewed by a panel of qualified judges. Selected creators will receive cashback equal to their most recent qualifying order amount (up to $500).

Judging Criteria:

Submissions are judged on quality, creativity, and storytelling.

Quick Judgement Card:

Participants agree to be bound by the judges' decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Winners will be selected based on the judges' evaluation of each submission. Chance plays no role in the selection process.

The selection process will be completed within three (3) business days of submission. Participants whose submissions are selected as featured content will be notified by email.

1.5.3 Payment Method for Cashback

How will I receive my cashback?

If you are selected as a winner, A-Premium will:

1. Notify you via email within 3 business days after the selection process is completed.
2. Request necessary payment information (such as PayPal email address)
3. Process the cashback payment within 14 business days after father's day campaign finished.

Available payment methods include:

Important: A-Premium will never ask for your password, social security number, or credit card details for payment processing. Please verify that the email you receive is from [email protected]

1.5.4 Notification and Forfeiture

A-Premium shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If a selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted,
• Is found to be ineligible,
• Fails to acknowledge receipt of the prize notification within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent,
• Fails to provide valid payment information within fourteen (14) calendar days, or
• Fails to return a completed and executed declaration or release (if required),

the cashback prize shall be forfeited. A-Premium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner under the same procedures.

A-Premium shall not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise invalid entries or communications, nor for any technical failures, interruptions, or malfunctions of any kind that may affect the entry, selection, or notification process.

All decisions made by A-Premium in connection with eligibility, winner selection, or any other aspect of the Campaign shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

1.6 Special Condition for Winners

Winners who receive cashback as a reward agree that, for non-quality issues, they are not entitled to a refund on the qualifying order. A-Premium will only accept product replacement or exchange to fulfill warranty or exchange requests. Refunds will not be provided for non-quality-related reasons on the order that generated the cashback reward.

2. Content Guidelines

As part of the Share Your Dad's Story Campaign, participants must follow all content guidelines to help ensure compliance with U.S. laws, protect the A-Premium brand, and promote responsible content creation.

Participants agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. A-Premium reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, screen, or monitor any content submitted by participants.

A-Premium may perform basic screening to confirm compliance with these Terms. However, A-Premium is not responsible for any content submitted by participants, including content that may infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions are legal, original, and appropriate.

2.1 Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations

You agree to:

• Adhere to U.S. federal, state, and local laws governing online content creation, advertising, privacy, intellectual property, and consumer protection.
• Comply with FTC guidelines on sponsored content, endorsements, and disclosures.
• Respect intellectual property laws by ensuring any third-party material used (music, images, videos) is properly licensed or used with permission.
• Follow platform-specific terms of service for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others.

2.2 Content Guidelines

• The content must be an unedited .jpg file or an unedited raw .mp4 file.
• The content must be an original creation, and all copyrighted content must be cleared.
• The content must be shot in HD or higher resolution (720p, 1080p, 1440p, 2.7K, 4K). Higher resolution is preferred.
• Vertical video is recommended, with an aspect ratio of 9:16. Content that doesn't meet this ratio may be cropped when featured.

2.3 Criteria for Featured Content

Submissions should show at least one of the following:

• Dad & Car Story – Dad working on a car, driving together, or teaching someone about cars
• Fixing Dad’s Car – Repairing or upgrading dad’s vehicle
• Product & Vehicle Moment – A vehicle with A-Premium parts installed, such as the engine bay, wheels, or exterior
• DIY Installation – Self-installation of an A-Premium product

2.4 Prohibited Content

In accordance with U.S. laws, creators agree not to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate content that includes any of the following:

• Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected category.
• Harassment or Bullying: Cyberbullying, doxxing, or personal attacks.
• Violence and Incitement: Content depicting or encouraging violence against any person, group, or property.
• Pornographic or Explicit Sexual Content: Nudity, pornography, or explicit sexual imagery.
• Illegal Activities: Drug use, human trafficking, hacking, or acts of terrorism.
• Fraud or Deceptive Content: Misleading claims, fraudulent endorsements, or fake reviews violating FTC rules.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary information.
• Privacy Violations: Unauthorized sharing of personal information without consent.
• Misinformation or Fake News: False information regarding public health, elections, or societal issues.
• Discrimination or Defamation: Defamatory statements harming reputation.
• Harmful or Dangerous Content: Dangerous stunts, risky health practices, or harmful pranks.
• Self-Harm or Suicide Promotion: Content glorifying self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.
• Obscenity or Vulgar Language: Excessive profane or vulgar language.
• Political or Religious Extremism: Radical ideologies inciting violence.
• Terrorism or Extremist Activities: Support for terrorist organizations.
• Illegal Gambling or Sweepstakes: Unlicensed gambling or lottery promotions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership of Original Content

You represent and warrant that all content you post during your participation in the Share Your Dad's Story Campaign is entirely your original work. The intellectual property rights of the content shall belong solely to you.

3.2 Third-Party Permissions

You represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate permissions from:

• All persons recognizably appearing in the content (including likenesses, voices, photographs, etc.)
• Any organizations whose trademarks, logos, or branding appear in the content
• The owner of any music, images, video, audio, or other material embedded within the content

If your content includes images depicting a minor, you represent that you have written permission from the minor's parent or guardian.

3.3 License Grant to A-Premium

By submitting content, you grant A-Premium a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right and license to:

• Use, store, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, translate, display, perform, and create derivative works from the content in any format or channel, including social media, digital advertising, print materials, and other commercial uses;
• Use the content for marketing, advertising, promotion, technical testing, and other commercial purposes;
• Incorporate the content into videos, text, images, templates, and other materials;
• Authorize third parties to use the content in the ways described above.

You acknowledge and agree that A-Premium may use the content in connection with the Campaign and for other business purposes without further obligation or payment to you.

3.4 Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• Your content and its submission will not infringe any lawful rights of any third parties (including intellectual property, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc.).
• You will comply with all laws, regulations, and provisions applicable to these T&Cs.

3.5 Irrevocability

Once content is submitted, the license granted to A-Premium under Section 3.3 is irrevocable. Participants may not later request removal of the content or revoke A-Premium’s rights, even if they withdraw from the Campaign, unless A-Premium agrees in writing.

4. Responsibility

4.1 Brand Image

You shall ensure that all activities conducted with A-Premium products do not damage A-Premium's image, fame, or reputation. Otherwise, you shall compensate A-Premium for any losses arising from such actions.

4.2 Safe Use of Products

You promise and warrant that you will install and use the product in accordance with the A-Premium product manual and any other safety instructions or guidelines provided. You shall conduct any shooting or photographing activities in a strict, careful, and safe manner, and accept liability for any personal injury, disease infection, or property damage caused to yourself or any third party during your use of the A-Premium product.

4.3 Sole Liability

You understand and acknowledge that you are solely liable for any losses caused to you or any third party by your participation in any shooting or photographing activities under these T&Cs, including but not limited to:

• Negligent death or injury;
• Any damage or liability resulting from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Other liability accidents caused by your individual behavior, not by defects in A-Premium's products.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, A-Premium disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your participation in this Campaign is solely at your own risk and responsibility. In no event shall A-Premium be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, lost revenue, lost profits, lost opportunities, and incidental damages suffered by you as a result of your participation in this Campaign), whether arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or A-Premium, even if A-Premium has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Negotiation and Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or the Campaign shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

6.2 Arbitration Location and Language

The arbitration will take place in California, United States, and will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

6.3 Costs

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the arbitration, and the costs of the arbitration shall be shared equally by the parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

7. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All Official Rules

7.1 Acknowledgment

By participating in the Campaign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in these T&Cs.

7.2 Non-Compliance

You acknowledge that failure to comply with these T&Cs may result in your disqualification from the Campaign and forfeiture of any benefits or prizes.

8. Compliance with Social Media Platform Rules

8.1 Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and other rules of any social media platforms used in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

8.2 No Liability for Platform Actions

A-Premium is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against you, including but not limited to account suspension or content removal, as a result of your participation in the Campaign.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 No Liability for Delays

A-Premium shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these T&Cs due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, technical failures, or governmental actions.

9.2 Notification and Mitigation

In the event of a force majeure event, A-Premium will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the event on the Campaign.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and A-Premium regarding the Campaign and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10.4 Notices

Any notices required or permitted to be given under these T&Cs shall be in writing and shall be delivered to the other party by email or other electronic means.
