Ordered parts Aug4, supposed to arrive Aug8. Had persons standing by to receive the parts but it was a no show. Tried to get a proper update and eta but after a bit of info bouncing, no one could give me an answer. So, the box showed up 4 days later looking pretty beat up and a hole punched through it. Since no one knew when to receive the package, it was dropped off in the rain and a bit waterlogged by the time we found it. After inspection, other than a few scratches , The strut assemblies appeared intact w/o any significant damage. They are currently installed on the vehicle and we will know more about the product quality over some ride time. The two stars is due to the unreliable delivery time and product handling.
