AISIN 8 Pcs Ignition Coils

I would like to return these ignition coils and receive a refund. Before they were installed, my vehicle had a mild issue and the computer showed no error codes. After installation, the vehicle began running much worse and the computer started showing error codes. We switched the spark plugs between cylinders, but the problem continued. I had to reinstall the original coils, and the vehicle returned to its previous condition. Based on my experience, these coils did not work properly in my vehicle.

Dear Kerwin, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ignition coils. We understand how frustrating it is to experience worsened engine performance after installation. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Since you have already reverted to your original coils, we fully support your request for a return and refund. Our customer service team has already sent you an email with further instructions. Please check your inbox (including the spam folder) and reply to us so we can verify whether this is a quality defect or a compatibility issue. We are committed to finding the best solution for you. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Coil packs

Used these to replace OEM coil packs when I changed the spark plugs. Made my vehicle run very very bad and throw check engine light on my 2019 Ford expedition platinum. I installed OEM coil packs back on motor after taking these off and now it runs perfectly fine with the new spark plugs. Will be returning !!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that this ignition coil set caused running issues and triggered a check engine light on.
It is unacceptable that our parts failed to meet factory performance after your tune-up, and we take full responsibility for this experience. Our customer relations team has already reached out to your email directly with your full refund details. Please rest assured that you will be taken care of immediately without any hassle.
