I ordered break pads and Calipers  for my vehicle, only received  the breakpads and no Calipers, instead of just sending  out the missing  part I have to take pictures  of everything, the parts received  the vin # for my vehicle  and dug through  my garbage  to get pictures  of shipping  labels and still have not received  my parts

Great!! 

Ordered front and rear brakes pads for a 2013 G37 with Sport brakes. There were problems with both. All four Front pads had to have 2mm ground off the tabs to fit in the calipers (I mic'd them to compare). The rear pads did not come with pins, and the old ones were corroded which required me to sand them down and reuse them. One of the brake pads needed to have the "squeeler" trimmed to fit. It looked positioned a little differently than the one on the other pad.
It did come nicely packaged with tracking. 

UPDATE: I did update this review from 2 Stars to 3 Stars based on the positive response of their Customer Service. They truly seemed concerned about tracking down the fitment issue and the missing parts problems. As of now, the brake pads fit and are functioning.
