2007-2009 Hyundai Santa Fe 8-Pc Brake Rotor and Pad Kits with Caliper, Rear Driver & Passenger, 1-Piston, A-Premium, APBRPR719

First, my package was estimated to arrive the 14 of September but arrived a week later 21 of September. This isn’t a huge deal but the condition of the packages were terrible. The boxes were torn and the seals on the rotors were torn as well. Also the rear calipers did not come with copper crush washers which is extremely important if you don’t want your banjo bolt leaking break fluid so I had to buy some. Over all the parts were great and have been solid since I’ve installed them in my 2000 mustang (will update the review if necessary) but the shipping could be a lot better.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that the parts have been performing well since installation. We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay, the damaged packaging, and the missing copper crush washers for the rear calipers. We understand the additional time and expense this caused, and we will follow up with you by email to help resolve these issues.

Great deal, great breaks

20 plus year old Camry that kids use. Brake shoes deteriorated and since I was in there decided to upgrade ALL braking parts. Everything fit PERFECTLY. No issues at all. Went back and decided to buy Rotors and front brake pads for the car as well.

Missing 3 calipers only got 1. What can I do

We’re very sorry that only one caliper was received and that the remaining three were missing. We understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We will follow up with you by email regarding the availability and next steps. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Missing 3 calipers

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies!
We investigated the issue with our quality assurance team: while the outer packaging label indicated the passenger side, the caliper inside was incorrectly boxed at the factory, resulting in duplicate driver-side units.
Our support team has already reached out to you by email. We are preparing an immediate replacement for the correct passenger-side caliper at zero cost. We stand 100% behind our products and fitment guarantee, and we are committed to making sure your vehicle is back on the road safely.

Duplicate parts delivered

The products we received were good quality. However, we were shorted 1 parts of our order. One part came by USPS and the rest of the parts came by carrier on different days. After notifying the company, we were told we had to take pictures of what we received. Just by chance we still had the packaging. We received the missing part a few days later. Our customer was able to return for completion of the repair job.
