I received the filters in 2 days. The part I really need isn't going to be here until Tuesday that's 3 more days. I called your customer service the day I ordered & wanted to PAY for expedited shipping becauseI wanted the part as soon as possible.  I was told you don't  do that. Originally the part was supposed  to arrive this past Friday.  Then I see it wasn't  even shipped until Fr. You should have expedited  shipping as buyers expense. When I need something quick from now onI won't  be ordering from you. I give you a negative rating based on the fact I called the day of the oder to get expedited  shipping & then it wasn't  shipped out for 2 moredays. Thanks for the lousy slow shipping. I won't order anything else.
