The problem with the motor mount was resolved.The mechanic found a replacement part locally and the installation was completed. The support team (Corey) authorized the return of the parts so their engineering department could make corrections to fix the issue.

Products look great only issue is I got sent the wrong trans mount. I received one for an automatic and my vehicle is 6 speed.
