We sincerely apologize that your exhaust manifold arrived without the mounting hardware! While our listing confirms hardware is included, cast-iron manifold kits are packed as complete units from our factory and hardware is not stocked separately. To ensure your repair on the Lincoln Town Car is not held up, our customer care team has already reached out to your email with immediate solutions—including covering the cost for you to pick up hardware locally today, or shipping a complete replacement assembly. Thank you for your honest feedback!

Driver Exhaust Manifold Kit with Gasket for Ford Crown Victoria Lincoln Town Car

no bolts what so ever

Don't mess with headers that crack, have a different flange thickness, block critical bolt access, or make lining up exhaust flanges. The 4.0L I6 isn't going to really care about those shorties, and if you've got the 05-06 LJ model, anything but OEM can be expected to upset your picky PCM. It was an excellent fit and replaced Steel Headers that cost me 3x as much just to have unending leaks at the manifold or flange. No issues with these.

Exhaust manifold with gasket

Ordered a manifold specifically without A.I.R and they sent me one with the port to attach A.I.R. Reached out and got no response back.

Left Exhaust Manifold with Gasket for Chevrolet Silverado 2500 2001-2006 V8 8.1L

Wrong fitment

Overall it did work and I was able to replace my warped manifold. Had one or two issues though like needing to massage and grind the provided heat shield to fit, Using 1/2 of the old bolts on the manifold because the bolts provided didn’t have the stud for mounting the heat shield. Kit came with studs and nuts for the EGR ports but not new nuts for the turbo studs. And gonna have to keep an eye on the gaskets as they are a thicker soft crush material rather than the thin mlm gaskets Cummins uses. But for the price I’d happily buy it again. The manifolds casting appears to be of good quality.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a incredibly detailed and honest review. We are thrilled to hear that you are pleased with the casting quality and the overall value of the manifold, and that you would happily purchase from us again. If you ever run into any issues down the road, especially regarding the gaskets you are keeping an eye on, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team directly. We stand behind our parts and are always here to help. Thank you again for your support and for helping us make our products better!
