Carrier bearing went out on OEM drive shaft. Easier to replace the entire assembly than mess with the bearing. After the install, the transmission has a slow oil leak. I will have to pull the drive shaft for a second time and replace the output seal. Hopefully that stops the leak, if not, the OEM shaft is going back in.
