great parts great price

One of them was correct, one of them was incorrect. I can't return the whole thing because one of them is installed. I can return the one that is wrong. I am returning another item from this order so I'm not able to initiate a return for a second item. Please assist.

5 stars all across the board

The downstream was correct the upstream was wrong. I called and verified the proper fit and still the wrong parts shipped.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the upstream sensor fitment issue. We completely understand your frustration—having taken the extra time to call and verify compatibility beforehand, only to find the upstream sensor mismatched, is unacceptable and contrary to the professional support we aim to provide.
While the downstream sensor installed properly, 1999 Forester models feature specific upstream variations (especially between Federal and California emissions specifications). Because your downstream sensor is already in service, we will absolutely not ask you to remove or return the kit.
Our senior customer relations team has already reached out to your email directly with immediate options: we are ready to either send a correct replacement upstream sensor or issue a refund for the unit so you are fully taken care of. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.
