It’s a good replacement part. It is well priced and did not require modification to install.

Good replacement part

The part is good quality. But the button stop that attaches to the hand brake lever must be inserted into the cabin through a tube. The diameter of the original button stop is 0.335”. The diameter of the new is 0.390”. This is too large to fit into the guide tube and had to be filed down to fit. 
I only gave 3 stars because the part was well made otherwise it would get 2 stars at most.

Fit and finish is respectable.  Easy to install but fails in performance.  The pull handle detaches from the pivot point on the mounting plate whenever you use it.  The component does not break, it can be re installed, just to come apart the next time you use it/

Not up to par

They sent two of the same length cable. The drivers side was way too long and the passenger side was way too short. However, the connections did fit nice, just the cables were not the correct length. And yes I did make sure it fit my truck before purchase.
