Acceleration Issue

Bought this pair of sensors a month ago and started to have some issues with the upstream sensor. After installing the new one, it erased the old code but and gave me a new one 2 days later. Thought I’d give the car some time to get used to the new part and my engine light went away but started noticing the acceleration has become sluggish and hesitant after it reach around 2k rpm as well as poor idling. As far as I know the downstream sensor works just fine however I am very dissatisfied with the former. I will be contacting customer service to see if something can be arranged because this has been very upsetting.
