Sent wrong part

Helped with my car’s emission and was a great value and purchase!

Vapor Canister for Ford F-150 1985-1996 Explorer Mustang Ranger Crown Victoria

Evap canister

Up to now my experience has not been very good. I ordered this EVAP tank for a 1997 Nissan D21 Pickup. The one you sent is for an earlier
model, and will not fit. The one I need has a 13/16" hole with a rubber seal. The one you sent just has a 3/8" hole.
So far, I made two phone calls, and got no response, and sent two emails and no response. The one on the left is the one you sent. The one
on the right is the one I need. Your order #US20260817fe3f8e550010b1. Right now I have a very upset customer.

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the communication delay and the fitment issue on your 1997 Nissan D21 Pickup. We completely understand how stressful it is when your customer is waiting on a vehicle in your shop.
Because Nissan transitioned the EVAP canister design in April 1997 (from the early 3/8" port to the 13/16" O-ring solenoid port), our technical team has already verified the correct matching canister. Our senior customer relations team has sent a priority email to your inbox offering a free replacement of the correct 13/16" canister plus, or a 100% full refund.
