Bought this for a 2013 Dodge dart and when I received it, it looked good, I love the design and the craftsmanship

Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your kind compliments on the design and craftsmanship of the switch! We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused when the mirror and door lock functions did not operate on your Dodge Dart.
Dodge Dart models feature multiple master switch pinouts depending on power mirror and lock package options, and this particular model is engineered for base trim configurations without power mirror integration. To ensure you are fully taken care of with zero hassle, our customer support team has reached out directly to your email and issued a 100% full refund with no return required. Thank you for your support as we continue refining our listing trim notes!

Front Driver Power Window Switch for Chevy Silverado 1500 2014-2017 GMC

I ordered a master window switch for a Dodge dart once installed it wouldn’t let the passenger window roll up and it wouldn’t control the mirrors. I emailed the company they replaced it with another one which then fixed the window situation but wouldn’t control the mirrors still.
Had to come back to add to my review, after email and leaving review I woke up to a full refund and I don’t have to return the switches.
Thank you for being a great company

We sincerely apologize for the continued frustration with the mirror controls on your Dodge Dart! Having to disassemble your door panel twice only to find the power mirror function still unresponsive is entirely unacceptable, and we truly regret the time and effort you've had to spend on this repair. We have already contacted you directly via email and processed a 100% full refund for your order with zero return required. Thank you for your honest feedback as our engineering team investigates this switch's mirror circuit pinout!
