When wiper motor was installed it did not work,  Bought the exact sam4 motor locally and it worked fine.  When trying to return got the run around about needing vin number, picture of part and po number off the shipping label before they would credit my visa and give me the shipping info.  I no longer need the motor they sent....just need to return it for a credit off my visa.

Installed this wiper motor as a replacement because my old motor became extremely loud. All my speeds worked perfectly with the old motor, it was just noisy. Installed this unit and I have no low or high, only interermitent speed. The motor is quiet but something is wrong with the control board on the motor. We will see how the exchange process goes..
