The item provided is as pictured. Not quite as sturdy seeming as my car's original mirror, but still appears to be good quality. I think this is my third Control module, although this is the first from A-Premium. This one automatically recalibrated all actuators perfectly and quickly. Immediately produced ice cold air after months of changing everything to do with the A/C system. I'm highly impressed and I've bookmarked this sight for future refence. Quality and budget friendly
