The item I received was not packed well as the hook up part to hook to car was broken and unable to hook up; when asked for a refund or replacement I have not got any reship label as it been 72 hours and it frustrating as I am unable to use my car until I get a replacement starter

Have someone with programing tool check that they can communicate with sensors before installing! Found it much easier to work with A-Premium direct than their Amazon channel. The first set I got from Amazon all 4 sensors were duds. The second set I got from them direct are now working but it took a second trip back to the tire shop for reactivation before my 2009 Kia Sedona would recognize and learn the sensors. Went with them for both sets because of exellent experience with several other components I'd ordered from them and quality of e-mail support from direct channel. Found their e-mail support responses to question on the TPMS units very helpful and the direct channel offers longer warranty and return windows.

I don’t do much of my own vehicle maintenance. When the cruise control cut out on my 2012 Yukon, I started doing some research. Turns out that there’s a switch between the brake lights and the cruise control. I was very confused appropriate part was. The A-Premium documentation made it clear. The part was 20 bucks and it probably saved me 500!
