Does the advertised piece count mean that many complete brakes?

Is bolt-circle diameter the same specification as hole count?

A combined kit can use phenolic pistons in its front calipers and steel pistons in its rear calipers. Those materials belong to different axle components within the kit. Retain the corresponding mounting and piston arrangements; material alone does not make the front and rear calipers interchangeable.
