What is a wear sensor on brake pads?

Do all cars have a brake wear sensor？

No, not every car is equipped with a brake wear indicator on it. Then remove the old sensor by employing some tools. And you are ready to install the new brake wear indicator. Don’t forget to reconnect the electrical connector to test the new wear sensor and ensure that the warning light on the dashboard goes out. If you are not comfortable performing the replacement yourself, it is recommended to have a qualified mechanic do the job.
