Alternator 180A 12V Aisin ALTBM-00045

Ordered an alternator for my Acura tl. Fairly priced, excellent quality. I'm thoroughly pleased. If necessary, would not hesitate to place other orders in the future.

Replacement

I would not be ordering from a premium.com again had bad experience and my package got stolen they don't even care to return my money

Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear that your alternator package was stolen from your property. Having a package taken from your doorstep after waiting for vehicle parts is incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand your anger.
We want to clarify that we take stolen and missing shipments very seriously and have never disregarded your situation. Our customer support team has already initiated an official investigation with the shipping carrier to verify delivery details, driver scans, and carrier liability.
Like most retailers, when a carrier confirms a package as successfully delivered to the correct destination address, standard policy requires completing the carrier’s formal trace and claims investigation before refund authorizations can be issued, as merchants cannot automatically cover external post-delivery theft.
Our senior support team has reached out directly to your registered email to provide you with the carrier investigation details and assist you through the next steps of this claim. We remain committed to helping you see this through to a fair resolution!

Review altnator

I was in a crunch my car suddenly broke down on me and wouldn’t start A premium gave me the best price for my alternator and I chose not to pay the extra $90 for express shipping but it said it would be here that Saturday and to my surprise it came the Thursday!!! 2 days before I was expected to see it it was a huge relief and I could finally get my car back on the road. For that I wish I could give you guys 10 stars will order again from here might need a clutch soon!!

Alternator quality

I purchased these two items together back at the very end of June and they were delivered promptly a little over a week later, which was completely fine by me. I was under the assumption that these two items were guaranteed fits for my vehicle (2008 Honda Accord LX-P 4cyl. Auto.) But after finally servicing the work needed for my car a few weeks ago now, I discovered that the serpentine belt did not properly fit. That is, of course, without having to forcefully stretch it over it’s bearings, including releasing tension on the pulley, or worse the complete dropping of my engine to put it on. Overall my experience was satisfactory in terms of purchasing everything but the fact remains the belt isn’t the exact size I need!

Thank you for your feedback, and we are glad to know that the replacement alternator is performing reliably!
We sincerely apologize for the frustrating installation experience with the serpentine belt. Direct-fit belts should seat cleanly onto the pulley system with standard tensioner release, without requiring forced stretching or powertrain adjustments.
Our customer support desk has reached out directly to your registered email and processed a full refund for the serpentine belt, with the return completely waived. Thank you again for your candid review and for giving our parts a shot!

Great customer service

Good quality on previous order, although my alternator box looked like a pitbull chewed one complete side out of it by the carrier, the contents were not hurt. Will use it as a spare.
