Alternator

Alternator 145A 12V Counterclockwise 6-Groove Pulley Aisin ALTGM-00280

Good quality on previous order, although my alternator box looked like a pitbull chewed one complete side out of it by the carrier, the contents were not hurt. Will use it as a spare.

Great service

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the delivery delay on your order.
We understand that when you are waiting on critical automotive parts to complete a repair, every day counts. While standard ground shipping typically arrives on schedule, the 2-day transit delay over the weekend disrupted your maintenance plans, and we take full responsibility for that carrier lag.
Our customer care team has reached out directly to your registered order email to follow up on your alternator installation, confirm that the component is functioning properly, and provide a courtesy compensation to offset the delivery delay. Thank you for your feedback as we continue working with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Perfect fit

The return isnt free! The label they provide is free (it’s ground) therefore they return whenever they choose! This has been a long delayed experience therefore I would never recommend! Every part of the process needs to have excellent service!

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion and frustration regarding the return process.
All return labels provided by A-Premium are prepaid shipping postage covered entirely by us. If a retail drop-off location requested a payment, this is typically an incidental charge by the carrier store for third-party packaging materials, boxes, or printing services rather than shipping freight.
To eliminate any return transit delays and ensure your complete satisfaction, our customer care team has proactively issued your refund in advance without waiting for the parcel to reach our warehouse. We appreciate your feedback as we continue working with logistics partners to ensure every step of the customer experience is seamless.

Return Process HORRIBLE

Nice it came in a couple days earlier than expected. Fit perfectly, a lot of other alternators with that many amps are a 2" offset. Not this one . I would highly recommend them. U can only give 5 stars.. and the price is fantastic. I will find out when we get our 1st snow on how it works.
