Alternator

Alternator 70A 12V Counterclockwise 6-Groove Pulley Aisin ALTVG-00659

I purchased these two items together back at the very end of June and they were delivered promptly a little over a week later, which was completely fine by me. I was under the assumption that these two items were guaranteed fits for my vehicle (2008 Honda Accord LX-P 4cyl. Auto.) But after finally servicing the work needed for my car a few weeks ago now, I discovered that the serpentine belt did not properly fit. That is, of course, without having to forcefully stretch it over it’s bearings, including releasing tension on the pulley, or worse the complete dropping of my engine to put it on. Overall my experience was satisfactory in terms of purchasing everything but the fact remains the belt isn’t the exact size I need!

Thank you for your feedback, and we are glad to know that the replacement alternator is performing reliably!
We sincerely apologize for the frustrating installation experience with the serpentine belt. Direct-fit belts should seat cleanly onto the pulley system with standard tensioner release, without requiring forced stretching or powertrain adjustments.
Our customer support desk has reached out directly to your registered email and processed a full refund for the serpentine belt, with the return completely waived. Thank you again for your candid review and for giving our parts a shot!

Great customer service

Good quality on previous order, although my alternator box looked like a pitbull chewed one complete side out of it by the carrier, the contents were not hurt. Will use it as a spare.

Great service

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the delivery delay on your order.
We understand that when you are waiting on critical automotive parts to complete a repair, every day counts. While standard ground shipping typically arrives on schedule, the 2-day transit delay over the weekend disrupted your maintenance plans, and we take full responsibility for that carrier lag.
Our customer care team has reached out directly to your registered order email to follow up on your alternator installation, confirm that the component is functioning properly, and provide a courtesy compensation to offset the delivery delay. Thank you for your feedback as we continue working with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
