Does not package products for shipping just wraps plastic around it. Items arrived in damaged packaging due to lack of care or concern. They could easily package in a shipping box but don't take the time. They use a poor third party shipper who has the same lack of concern

Very poor shipping

The part took longer to get to me than I anticipated , but not a problem since it was not an emergency. If you need the part quickly, you will need to pay the extra for expedited shipping. 

The larger disappointment was the fact that although the site said the air filter was OEM, when I took the original cabin filter out, it was not the same quality. While it fit in the compartment, it was half as thick as the original part. I assume that means I will have to change it more often. Next time I will probably go to Lincoln and get the part. Notice the thickness of the used filter in the photo below.
