Great Price and Excellent Service

It fits like stock . A great price for a brand new instead of remanufactured. It doesn't come with the banjo bolts for the brake lines. Make sure you have those handy .

Excellent experience

Ordered a set of front brake calipers for my 05 silverado 3500 dually and checked fitment with my Vin# on your site. They are absolutely wrong and will not even come close to bolting on. Called 5 different times and every time you are to busy to talk with customers. They will be sent back whenever a computer gives me the return info.

Dear Joan, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect part and the difficulty in reaching our phone support team because we are lacking of hands. After rechecking, we noticed that the calipers you ordered is for the rear side, however, what you need is the front calipers. We understand your frustration, especially during this busy season. Please note that a free return shipping label has already been sent to your email to facilitate a hassle-free return. We are actively working to improve our phone support capacity. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Wrong part

You messed up my order.....First it took 10 or 11 days for ONLY half of it! Not 3 to 5 days. Then MORE than a WEEK for the other half you FORGOT the first time.Meanwhile I had my truck up on jacks for 20 days while I waited for the Calipers to get here.NO apology, on explanation, only do you want your money back, or the other parts.........NOT GOOD................

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies for the packaging mix-up, the extended delivery delay, and the lack of proper communication from our support team. We completely understand your frustration—having your truck immobilized on jack stands for nearly three weeks while waiting on missing calipers is completely unacceptable.
Due to a split-shipment error at our fulfillment center, only part of your caliper order was initially packed and dispatched. As soon as the omission was verified, our logistics team expedited the missing unit directly to your address, which has now been fulfilled.
We take full responsibility for the downtime and inconvenience this caused, and we are auditing our warehouse packing protocols and support communication standards to prevent this from recurring. Our team has also followed up with you directly via email to make sure everything arrived in order. Thank you for your candid feedback!

NOT GOOD

I ordered pads from another site 2 days prior and noticed my caliper seized up too. The caliper arrived before the pads and was it awesome condition.
