Just like OEM.Very satisfied. 

Nice to be able to get a replacement but would rather have paid more and gotten a more durable product.  The original one is at least some kind of pot metal.  If it has to be abs plastic they should have thickened the material at the narrow part of the bracket.  The original mirror broke when a tree fell on it, the new one may snap off just driving over a bump!  Vertical adjustment is lacking as well.
The company's service and delivery were ok.

I'm still trying to get the right part for my truck. Your customer service team is either poorly lead or very much. Cannot handle the job in the positions that they are in.
Too many times businesses today forget about the clarity in the east for the customer I could offer such a great deal. The prices are great the quality of but again it was the wrong part. Until I can get this corrected, I cannot say anything positive about the organization.

Wrong part

I had lots of trouble fishing the wiring out of the old mirror, but the wiring, mounting, and everything else of the new one were perfect, and it was a breeze to install once I got the old one out.
