great parts

I am definitely hoping they're the right length and of good quality but I have no way to judge them. They were smashed in with the other packages, but I'm sure that doesn't hurt them.

How on time it came

Ordering and delivery was excellent. And the new wires definitely made my truck run better. The only reason it's not 5 stars, is because the extended spark plug boots on the 4 regular wires are very soft and squishy (vs normal hard rubber) which makes for VERY difficult installation on a limited access motor where the plugs are buried deep. The boot will squirm and compress as you try to make the connection to the spark plug, and it's very hard to tell when you succeed. You almost need to make a tool to grab the boot. As a matter of fact, my truck ran terrible first time, because one of the wires hadn't clipped to the plug, so I was running on 5 cylinders. I was starting to swap old wires back in for the new when I discovered the bad connection. Boot material durometer needs to be around 75-85 like the originals, not the 40 or 50 these seem to be.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that the ordering and delivery experience went well and that the new wires helped your truck run better. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced during installation due to the softer extended spark plug boots.
We understand your concern that the boots compressed during installation, making it difficult to confirm a secure connection on a limited-access engine. We also understand how frustrating it must have been when one wire did not fully clip onto the spark plug at first.
Your comments regarding the boot material and durometer are very valuable, and we have shared this feedback with our product team for further review. Feedback like this helps us identify where the product design or material specification can be improved.
