The name of the item clearly indicated that it was a POWER STEERING rack, I knew the pictures looked off, but I figured it was simply a placeholder. However, I instead received a MANUAL STEERING rack, and after hassling with customer service to resolve the issue, I was finally told I would be sent a shipping label, which makes no sense, as I could’ve been emailed one instead. So now I have to wait for it to arrive, which I am unsure of when it will, and then send it back, wait for it to arrive, and then wait for my money to be refunded. Sad to say, but this was absolutely silly and should’ve been handled much better, as this was entirely on the part of the seller incorrectly or falsely marking the item as something it was not.

This site was very reasonably priced compared to most other for the part that I needed.  I ordered a Front Driver Power Window Switch for Honda Civic and it arrived in a reasonably short timeframe.  I was pleased that it came with the tool to open the Power Window panel where the Switch is housed.  Most of the other sites that I looked at did not have the tool included with their Switch.  I installed it and I haven't had any problems with it.  Works like a charm!  I very pleased.
