I received front shocks December 6 but just now being able to install them January 19. Mechanic told me the driver side was defected from a factory and can’t be used. Not sure if I can get money back for it, but I’m leaving a review hopefully I can. Communication

Install process was smooth, just be careful removing the bolts off the old unit, I had one of the heads snap off on me. Not comparable OEM
Bought these to replace the original struts on my 2000 4runner that were starting to go. These are not an adequate replacement, even though they are marketed as so. They are not strong enough to lift the rear door on their own, yet they provide strong resistance trying to push it down. Issues
I ordered a headlight for my truck and I accidentally ordered the wrong side (that was my fault) so I called to get a exchange, the guy I talked to said he would send and email with all the details to start an exchange. I have yet to receive an email from this company. So I get on the website to initiate the exchange myself. I uploaded pictures of the product I received and stated I needed the driver side headlight not the passenger side, I submitted the request. They said it could take up to 24hrs to receive an email for the exchange. I have yet to receive and email for the exchange, instead they sent me an email for me to write a review an enjoy %20 off the next order! I'm kind of pissed I'm just trying to fix my headlight! Great and smooth transaction
