Outstanding customer support and coordination
Support from the Customer Service group at A- Premium was remarkable. Timely, cogent, and (most importantly) human updates to a problem in delivery time caused by USPS. The company quickly initiated a reshipment. I asked for instructions on how to return the subsequent reshipment but was allowed to keep the reshipped article without charge. Never had a merchant on eBay offer that before. A-Premium is a dependable, first-up, "go to" source.
