2019 Mazda 6 Exhaust System Kit

The collection includes individual repair pieces. A listed AP Emissions hanger is one part, while a separate bolt-and-spring set is for a specific connection. Check the product description for the supplied pieces.

A hanger and its mounting arrangement support the exhaust system. Worn or strained supports can allow unwanted movement or vibration, so inspect the surrounding mounts and alignment when replacing one.

Match the location and flange shape as well as the opening and bolt pattern. One listed gasket has three bolt holes; another has two, so the vehicle and connection matter more than the generic part name.

Clamp style and dimensions vary. The pipe diameter and joint type must match the clamp; the selected AP Emissions H234 listing, for example, specifies a 2.75-inch pipe diameter.

Another worn support, a loose connection or inadequate clearance can also allow movement or noise. Inspect the other mounts, joints and alignment rather than assuming one hanger was the only cause.
