A starter motor assembly uses battery power to crank the engine during startup. Correct selection requires more than matching the vehicle name. Enter the exact year, make, model, engine, trim, and transmission, then review any build-date or submodel note. Clicking or Slow Cranking Does Not Confirm Starter Failure
