Choose a Starter Motor Assembly for the Exact Vehicle

A starter motor assembly uses battery power to crank the engine during startup. Correct selection requires more than matching the vehicle name. Enter the exact year, make, model, engine, trim, and transmission, then review any build-date or submodel note. Compare voltage, power rating, rotation direction, pinion tooth count, mounting pattern, electrical terminals, and interchange numbers. A starter with a different tooth count or rotation can look similar but cannot be assumed to fit.

Which Starter Specifications and Notes Matter?

Current listings show meaningful differences in power rating, clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, pinion teeth, transmission application, mounting-bolt requirements, and included connections. Use the product page as the authority for the selected SKU.

  • Vehicle configuration: Verify engine, transmission, drivetrain, body style, build date, and any model-specific exclusion.
