How Do You Replace a Suspension Kit?

  1. Safety and Preparation: Park on a flat surface, engage the parking brake, and loosen the lug nuts. Raise the vehicle using a jack, secure it on jack stands, and remove the wheels.

  2. Penetrating Oil Application: Spray all major bolts (strut tower mounts, control arm bolts, sway bar links) with penetrating oil to break free rust and grime.

  3. Removing the Old Front Assembly: Disconnect the sway bar links and brake line brackets. Unbolt the lower control arm from the steering knuckle. Support the knuckle, loosen the top strut tower nuts, and lower the factory strut assembly out.
