What is a wiper linkage?

Make sure the new one is positioned in place and secured well by the nuts or bolts. After that, carefully slide the wiper arms back onto the wiper pivots and secure them with the nuts. Be sure to align the arms properly with the windshield and tighten the nuts securely.
